Our regulatory framework
India's pharmaceutical regulatory framework involves both state authorities and CDSCO depending on the product category. Export activity generally requires an Importer-Exporter Code (IEC) with possible additional product-specific compliance depending on destination country requirements.
CapsuCare's platform is designed so that all regulatory details — drug licenses, wholesale/retail permissions, manufacturing licenses, export/import documentation, IEC, GST information, GMP/WHO-GMP documentation (where actually available), Certificates of Analysis and product-specific documents — are configurable and managed by our admin team.
Compliance workflow
- •Draft — Admin enters compliance information without publishing
- •Pending Verification — Document is uploaded and awaiting internal verification
- •Verified — Admin marks the credential as verified — it now appears publicly
- •Expired — Once expired, the record is hidden from public view automatically
- •Hidden — Admin can manually hide any record at any time
